Medical organisations
Dental practices
Veterinary professionals
Universities
Clinical training centres
NHS and private healthcare providers
Registered businesses and trade customers

We do not supply products to consumers for personal use.

By placing an order with Suture Supply Co., you confirm you are purchasing in the course of business, trade or professional practice.

Return Rules Summary

Returns accepted within 30 days (subject to approval)
Customer responsible for return shipping
5% restocking fee may apply
No returns on sterile opened products or final sale items

Returns

Returns are accepted only at our discretion and must:

Be requested within 30 days of delivery
Be approved in writing before return
Be unused, unopened and in resalable condition
Include original packaging and batch labels

Sterile medical products with broken seals cannot be returned unless faulty.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

Opened sterile products
Sutures with damaged or opened packaging
Custom or special-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Temperature-sensitive products
Products requiring cold-chain handling

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

Replacement products
Credit notes
Refunds
Collection arrangements

Photographic evidence may be required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.

Liability

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended clinical or professional use.
