Ethicon Coated VICRYL is a synthetic absorbable braided surgical suture manufactured from polyglactin 910 and coated to improve handling, knot reliability and tissue glide. Absorption occurs by hydrolysis, producing minimal tissue reaction with predictable tensile strength retention during early wound healing.

This USP 8-0 violet suture is supplied in a 45 cm length and is armed with double-armed 6.5 mm reverse spatula needles with a 3/8 circle curvature, offering exceptional precision and control for ophthalmic and fine microsurgical procedures.
