Ethicon MONOCRYL is a synthetic absorbable monofilament surgical suture manufactured from poliglecaprone 25, designed to deliver predictable absorption and dependable short-term wound support with minimal tissue reaction.

This USP 2-0 suture is supplied in a 70 cm length and features a violet monofilament construction to enhance intraoperative visibility. It is armed with a single taperpoint Plus needle measuring 26 mm with a 3/8 circle curvature, engineered to provide enhanced penetration efficiency and precise control while maintaining atraumatic tissue passage.
