This PERMA-HAND™ Silk Black Braided Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, model 737G, is designed for secure soft tissue approximation and ligation where strength, smooth handling and reliable knot security are required. The suture is manufactured from black braided natural silk fibres with a coated finish to enhance passage through tissue while maintaining excellent tying characteristics.

The USP 2-0 size provides strong tensile strength suitable for general surgical soft tissue closure and ligature procedures. The 45 cm (18 inch) length ensures controlled handling and efficient knot placement in routine and outpatient surgical environments.
