This PERMA-HAND™ Silk Black Braided Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, model 591H, is designed for secure soft tissue approximation and ligation where dependable tensile strength, smooth handling and reliable knot security are essential. The suture is manufactured from black braided natural silk fibres with a coated finish to enhance passage through tissue while maintaining superior tying performance.
