This PERMA-HAND™ Silk Black Braided Non-Absorbable Surgical Suture, model 1676G, is designed for fine soft tissue approximation and skin closure where precision, smooth passage and excellent knot security are essential. The suture is composed of black braided natural silk fibres with a specialised coating to enhance handling while maintaining secure knot performance.
