Ethicon VICRYL PLUS is a synthetic absorbable braided surgical suture manufactured from polyglactin 910 and coated with an antibacterial agent (triclosan) to inhibit bacterial colonisation of the suture surface. This USP 0 violet suture is supplied in a 110 cm length and is armed with a single-armed 26 mm taper point needle with a compound curvature, designed for smooth penetration and atraumatic passage through soft tissues.
