This USP 4-0 violet configuration is supplied as 8 strands of 18 inch (45 cm) sutures and is armed with a single-armed SH-1 PLUS CR needle. The SH-1 PLUS CR taper-cut needle provides enhanced cutting efficiency and controlled penetration, supporting accurate placement and reliable handling during soft tissue and specialised surgical closure.
