LuxSutures® Luxylene Polypropylene NON-CE sutures are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene monofilament, delivering permanent tensile strength with minimal tissue reactivity.
This USP 7/0 suture is supplied in blue for enhanced visibility and fitted with 2 × HR 10 round bodied taper point needles (2 × 10 mm) on a 60 cm strand, allowing symmetrical placement and excellent control during fine and delicate soft tissue closure.
Luxylene Polypropylene sutures are intended for soft tissue approximation and ligation where long-term wound support is required and suture absorption is not desired.
